Farm Volunteer Days
We will be hosting two Farm Volunteer Days this Spring. One on Sunday, April 13th and the other on Saturday, May 3rd. Both of these Farm Volunteer Days begin at 10 AM and run until 2 PM. This will be an excellent opportunity for you to engage with the Burgess and Hayward community before the summer season kicks off! Come prepared to lend a hand to Farmer Ian and the Burgess Farm as we enjoy the change of season that spring has to offer! Snacks will be provided. Camp Families of all ages welcome! Anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult. Please reach out to Ian at igeister@ssymca.org concerning interest or questions. Annual Camp Volunteer Day
We’re also hosting our annual Camp Volunteer Day on May 10th – a fun-filled event where we combine efforts in opening camp for the summer. It’s not all work and no play, though! After all of our hard work, join us for lunch!

Time: 9am – 3pm — We will start the day at the Hayward Pavilion and have lunch at 12:30! Fun camp activities in the afternoon.
